Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Treaty Oak Revival gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
